What is the return policy?

If your order doesn’t fit or meet expectations, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Plei Shop account.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Shipping for orders over $40 is free.

Do we offer international shipping?

Right now, we’re focused on serving players within the United States and Canada, but we’re working on expanding international shipping soon. Follow us on Instagram @pleiapp for updates when we launch global delivery.

How do I know what size to order?

Our jerseys are made with a dry-fit polyester blend that offers a flexible, athletic fit — we recommend ordering true to size for a snug look or one size up for a more relaxed feel.
