How to measure yourself
Step 1 — Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms. Keep it level.
Step 2 — Waist: Measure around your natural waist, about 1 inch above your belly button.
Step 3 — Length: From the top of your shoulder down to where you want the jersey to end.

Tip: Lay your current jersey or t-shirt flat and measure across the chest. Double that number and compare to the Chest column above.
